Using state-of-the-art performance testing tools with synchronized video to document progress, we’ve tested, studied, and perfected our training programs so you can improve your play and gain the confidence to win. Every individualized program is based on fundamental test data that identifies your strengths and targets your weaknesses. Our proven methods safely push you past your limits – increasing the competitive skills required to be a champion.
Our flagship program for youth, teen, college, and even pro athletes who are dedicated to performing at their best. We use a small-group, trainer-led format to develop speed, power, agility, and stamina. Key elements include: Super Running Treadmills for developing speed and running efficiency; plyometrics for improving movement skills, foot speed, agility, and stability; strength work for explosive speed, injury prevention, and power; and sport-specific skills designed to help athletes move better and more efficiently during competition. All athletes are tested at the beginning of a training program to assess symmetry and areas for improvement, and at the end to measure results.
We invite groups from the same team or club to come in together and prepare for the upcoming season. There are many advantages to teammates training together, including: success derived from having a greater number of athletes on the team in peak condition; our ability to more efficiently deliver sport-specific protocols, at an attractive group discount; and the enjoyment of working out together as a team. We will work with coaches to develop a program that addresses each athlete's specific needs and complements the requirements of athletes' pre-season, in-season, and/or off-season training.
our signature program for adults, is a 60-minute full-body circuit training workout for adults at all levels of fitness. The emphasis in training is on developing functional strength, balance, and coordination between major muscle groups. The small-group classes include warm-up, activation, circuits/intervals, and cool down/stretching. No two classes are the same! A small athlete to trainer ratio ensures you always get the individual attention you need.
Better Backs Yoga is perfect for those seeking a gentler, therapeutic yoga practice. We focus on foundational postures and slow-paced flows. Emphasis is placed on stretching and opening the hips, shoulders and back. Or for more of a work out come in for our Yoga Sculpt for a more intense Yoga workout.
